United with Israel's mission is to promote unity with the People, Country and Land of Israel by offering unique Israeli products to the global marketplace and supporting vital causes in Israel. The United with Israel Affiliate Program is designed for those individuals who have a heart for Israel and would like to join us in our mission.

If you would like to be part of our mission, then our affiliate program is for you. You will be able to make great commissions selling unique Israel made products and at the same time promote the positive attributes of Israel, and help support Israeli business and non-profits.

Our affiliate program is suited for individuals, businesses and non-profits. You can work when and where you want, and market our products globally.

United with Israel Affiliate Agreement

Please read the agreement document below before registering.

You must accept these terms if you wish to register as a United with Israel Affiliate.

1) Term of the Agreements: The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term.

2) Payments and Commissions: United with Israel will pay the Affiliate a variable commission for each qualifying sale.  Qualifying sales do not include any Shipping and Handling fees. These commissions will be product specific and may change at the discretion of United with Israel.  United with Israel does not guarantee any sales through your association with us. Your success in based on your own advertising efforts.

The commission percentage will be available within the Affiliate Resource Center. United with Israel will notify Affiliates via email sent to the email address registered by the Affiliate. Qualifying sales are those that result from visitors accessing our site via your unique affiliate web address (URL). When a visitor accesses your unique affiliate URL, your affiliate number will be included in the order data. Commissions are paid for all orders containing your affiliate number/username as the referral source.

Affiliates are welcome, and encouraged, to signup other Affiliates (called Sub-Affiliates) to receive additional commissions for each of the Sub-Affiliate's qualifying sales. Sub-Affiliate commissions are paid at a variable rate determined by United with Israel. These are the only commissions paid by United with Israel.

Commissions will be paid by United with Israel for each billing cycle (billing cycle = calendar month), on or about the 20th of each month for the commissions earned in the months 'prior' to the previous month. Example: Commissions earned in January will be paid on or about February 20th.

If this payment schedule changes, United with Israel will notify all affiliates via email outlining the changes. Commissions will be paid in amounts of $50 or more. Commissions earned will roll forward to future pay periods and will be paid once commissions accumulate to $50 or more. Commissions are paid via Pay Pal. Each affiliate will be required to provide United with Israel their PayPal email address prior to receiving any commission payment. Affiliate will also need to provide an accurate Social Security Number (SSN) and/or a Tax Identification Number (TIN) whenever Total Commision Payments in a calendar year exceeds $600 U.S. Dollars.  It is the affiliate's responsibility to maintain accurate mailing data in their account.

Affiliates are welcome to sign up for multiple affiliate numbers for tracking different marketing campaigns, but may NOT signup as a sub-affiliate on their own affiliate number. To request a second affiliate website, number, or affiliate code, send an email to: affiliates@unitedwithisrael.com

The determination to grant a second affiliate website, number or affiliate code is determined only by United with Israel. Violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of your affiliate account.

United with Israel Affiliate Program is not limited to U.S. residents, however, all payments will be made in U.S. dollars.

If an affiliate sale is canceled or refunded, the related commission already earned will be deducted from the next qualified ($50 or more) affiliate payment.

All Affiliates are responsible for their own local, state, or country taxes. No affiliate of United with Israel is considered to be an employee. The relationship between United with Israel and Affiliate established by this Agreement is that of independent contractors.

This agreement may be terminated at anytime by United with Israel or the affiliate. If terminated, for any reason, commissions earned at the time of cancellation, for the current pay period, and previous pay periods, will be paid in the next month's payment cycle. If affiliate violated any of the rules of this agreement, unpaid commissions earned prior to cancellation may be forfeited by the Affiliate.

3) Affiliate Web Address: Immediately after affiliate signup, affiliate will be issued a unique web address, called the Affiliate URL. The affiliate URL allows United with Israel to track visitors from your site so that commissions are paid correctly. Affiliates may see additional tracking systems at use on United with Israel, and United with Israel Project Sites, but are not authorized to use affiliate URL's other than the one issued at time of signup. Affiliate may link to United with Israel Project websites in numerous ways, such as a banner, text link (email), full web page, etc.

Affiliate may also advertise "offline" in classified ads, magazines, newspapers, other print advertisement media, and radio. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by United with Israel, or you may create your own as long as they are approved by us prior to using.

United with Israel and all related projects reserves all rights with respect to its trademarks, but affiliates may use the trademarks in their marketing efforts so long as they request and are granted permission by United with Israel prior to use. Affiliates are not allowed to misrepresented, defame or be associated with any distasteful content.

Affiliate is solely and completely responsible for insuring that their Affiliate Web Address is setup properly to track for commissions. United with Israel is NOT responsible for Affiliate Web Addresses that are coded incorrectly on an affiliate's website, nor are we responsible for incorrect use of the Affiliate Web Address in email marketing efforts. The affiliate is highly encouraged to test ALL links used on personal websites and emails to insure the link is accurate and functional.

Affiliates are welcome to use their own Affiliate Link to order services from United with Israel and associated United with Israel projects.

Affiliate is forbidden from sending unsolicited email or SPAM email to promote their affiliation with United with Israel. Affiliate is forbidden from inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks). Affiliate is forbidden from advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities or Adult content websites.  Affiliates are forbidden from violating intellectual property rights. Any of this activity will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account, forfeiture of any pending commissions, and possible legal action as a result of violating United with Israel Affiliate Agreement.

You may use the graphics and text provided by United with Israel or you may create your own. Regardless, you must always have both your online and offline advertising and promotional
materials approved by United with Israel prior to use.

4) Disclaimer: United with Israel will do everything under its power to ensure that affiliates are paid commissions for all sales resulting from visitors to your unique affiliate URL. United with Israel is not responsible for limitations of the visitor's computer, technical problems, malicious acts by third parties which may disrupt service, or any other event outside our reasonable control which may temporarily hinder our ability to track affiliate sales.

5) Customer Privacy: In an effort to protect our customer's privacy, we cannot provide customer names and contact information to affiliates.  Affiliates can log into their account to track sales activity and commissions earned, but customer information will not be disclosed.

6) Limitation of Damages: United with Israel will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, resulting in connection with this Agreement, even if United with Israel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

Affiliate agrees that United with Israel is not responsible for tracking errors that occur which are beyond our reasonable control. Affiliate understands that tracking systems are not perfect and that they are never 100% accurate. However, United with Israel will do everything in its power to ensure accurate tracking of affiliate commissions.

7) Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site.

Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY MODIFICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE OR NEW AGREEMENT ON OUR SITE WILL CONSTITUTE BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE.

8) Independent Investigation: YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
